If you don't care about money you make in the initial phase of your carrier and only looking forward to gain knowledge then this is the best place as a fresher to begin. You are going to learn patience, hard work and at the end of the day a self motivated professional software engineer.

They themselves do not follow the policy they have set for their employees. Once you resign they do not reach out to you in any ways even after sending n number of reminder emails. (6 months) notice period. They will never give you your last working day. They're is bond for 3 years if you join as a fresher, where in they might take more than 6 months just to make you as permanent employee after which your bond period starts.(6 months + 3 years+ 6 months notice period) Hike will depend on your performance which they say but still not sure whether it's performance or your a billing resource. No compensation for overtime work, they say it's your inefficiency (LoL) just to keep your mouth shut. Salary package is like chips packet filled with variable pay(air ) which never to this day comes on time. They say they are product based but not seeing any kind of innovation.
