I am happy about the opportunity to work here. I joined just after my studies were over. Its my first workplace and I am getting the exposure I wanted. It's challenging for me but my seniors are guiding me I am thankful to them

Recently I was allowed to take the lead on a significant project. I was a bit nervous but thanks to my leaders they allowed me to trust in me, motivated me, and guided me through projects. I did it and all went great. Also, I have had an opportunity to grow through mentoring sessions with my seniors they are very experienced.

I even don't mind working late hours, but never had to stay working that late post the standard shift.
