Recently I was allowed to take the lead on a significant project. I was a bit nervous but thanks to my leaders they allowed me to trust in me, motivated me, and guided me through projects. I did it and all went great. Also, I have had an opportunity to grow through mentoring sessions with my seniors they are very experienced.

The best thing about working in this company is the work. The company allows us to work with new technologies for the best results. Knowledge sharing and support are other pro factors in this place. Besides we have snacks and lunch, if someone works late they get dinner facility so everything is covered
