I have worked for the company for the past 4 years; I have always felt secure and valued in my role. From my personal experience, I would say, if you wish to stay working here for long, then know that performance is the sole criterion for progression. Started as a fresher here and today I am in this position. Seen and experienced a progressive career graph. Dedication and effort is all that you have to put in. A conducive place for personal and professional development. Higher authorities always created the self-belief in me. It has helped a ton. The success does not belong to me alone. I feel at home over here. The management is really caring towards us. The decisions and policies are thoughtful and in the interest of employees. Small things like birthday celebrations create a sense of belonging and inclination. Such things should continue indeed.

I am happy that I no longer have to wait for my salary. It was my situation in my earlier organization where I used to work, but since I joined this company my salary is always on time
