Leading a team is a challenging task. You have to be confident enough with your directions and guides. I won’t be saying that I know everything, but it won’t be wrong to say I am learning to know many things being in this position. This role has changed me for better. The best thing about working in this company is the work. The company allows us to work with new technologies for the best results. Knowledge sharing and support are other pro factors in this place. Besides we have snacks and lunch, if someone works late they get dinner facility so everything is covered
