Leading a team is a challenging task. You have to be confident enough with your directions and guides. I won’t be saying that I know everything, but it won’t be wrong to say I am learning to know many things being in this position. This role has changed me for better. Thanks to my superiors for considering me fit to handle such a big responsibility as a team lead.
