Training is considered as one of the core aspects in this company. When I joined here, I too came to know about this very thing. There is a separate training department which takes care of the entire training module. They focus on training employees on soft skills along with technical trainings. They hired me as security analyst but put my designation as " software engineer qa" they did not care to give reply when asked and escalated to management also. Lot of unsaid unexplained deductions in salary. Lot of politics by managers. Freshers suffer alot especially. Managers speak offensively and does not not care to understand anything. Managers put lot of pressure on people for work.
