Dislikes

Management change introduced changes in bonus payout and other infrastructure issues not resolved on priority. Too much of dependency on Norway headquarters

Work Details

Exciting and relaxed environment. Freedom to work and achieve goals set by the team. Geographically distributed team but work together to achieve common sprint objectives.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
