Worst leadership. They are all friends and schoolmates etc supporting and cover each other's back and incompetence. Money is for avp and above and if you are a friend of anyone from the gang of leaders. You cannot survive here by just working you need to cajoule the leadership and be fake. Working with genpact is totally a feel of government job, as they offer full job security. Perks and benefits are also outstanding. Environment within genpact is very healthy and all the management right from bottom to top are very helpful and supportive.

Wonderful company to work at. No micro management. Good part is genome aap to upskill yourself. Management encourages you to upskill you at work.

Dislikes

No bonus and hike is minimal, health insurance is 2lakhs only, No term insurance for employees, no proper cab service, basic facilities in company is missing.

Durning my period there is indoor games, there is no rest room at genpact the food cost is very high & there is no fun activities or entertainment twice a year , main point , please povide 2way cab facilities for women safety. thank you Genpact.

No proper or quick response from HR .. worst support system.. No proper project training but they expect to learn asap and get into handson. No proper facility to employees like say no proper cab facility, cafeteria food etc..

Dislikes

Promotions are slow and few undeserving candidates also get promotions by being under the good books of managers. Frequent change of reporting managers just before appraisal period is the reason for slow promotions. Many left the company being in benches for more than 3 mths as projects are also very few.

While the company had positive aspects, certain practices and conditions raised concerns: Transportation Limitations: The provision of one-sided pickup without drop-off facilities created significant logistical challenges, especially for employees working late shifts. This often left employees without a reliable way to return home safely after work. Restricted Access to Personal Devices: The policy prohibiting personal phones in the workplace limited communication opportunities and posed challenges in emergency situations, where being reachable was crucial. Food and Canteen Services: The canteen facilities were not operational during night shifts, despite clear recognition that many employees worked during those hours. This lack of support for staff working late may have affected employee morale and well-being. High-Pressure Environment: Employees frequently experienced pressure to meet cold-calling targets, sometimes receiving calls from team leaders during lunch breaks, which disrupted personal time and contributed to stress. Management Practices: There was a noticeable gap in the technical competence of some team leaders, specifically regarding essential tools such as Gmail and Microsoft Teams. This lack of knowledge hindered effective communication and operational efficiency. Inflexibility Regarding Attendance: Instances arose where genuine reasons for absence, such as road reconstruction in my area or personal illness, were not adequately understood or accepted by team leaders. This led to undue pressure to report to the office without consideration of circumstances beyond my control. Unprofessional Conduct: I experienced a lack of professional support from management during my probation period. For example, when I was severely ill and unable to attend work, I was not only asked for medical proof but was also threatened with salary deductions. After presenting the necessary documentation confirming my hospitalization, the response did not exhibit consideration for my situation. No one role IJP in Genpact so not a good place to work if you want to work only try for process developer which is on papers. Please kindly request to put everything on papers for the employees

It was amazing company as it provides growth and good salary

1 side cab only without ac and it provide shuttle from 1 side from metro station in summers shuttle that also do not have ac and the process was not at good totally biased they had hired candidate just for firing them on basis of gender if she is a female they will put you on bench and ask to leave after 3 months. No job security in this.

There is no food and only one way cab transport facility no other benefits they won't give paid leaves which are ours to take and ask a reason for every leave and ask of medical documents for each and every day of leave taken by you and Genpact deducts the Provident fund double the amount from the employees salary I say never join here otherwise you will be stuck in here and won't get growth in the life pays us even cheaper than a labour and treat us like a labour never respects our work there is no appreciation in the Genpact and yearly increment is like 7 out of 100 I hope you understand this because it's a compliance to share confidential things right!...Read More
