Mostly has been a good sailing boat. Get to learn a lot here since it is a solutions company and we get to work on a lot of diverse projects which build a lot of skills

Dislikes

Work hours are not fixed. I often found myself over working in order to complete deadline. Appraisals were good until the financial crisis happened from mid 2022. Some management decisions have been questionable due to which my teammates have left the company earlier or were fired inspite of performing well

Gemini has a few good projects but only when you get a chance to work on the right project and team. Work-life balance is good if it's remote.

Dislikes

1. Very dominating environment by few folks who change policy according to them. HR is of no use at times and seems only to conduct interviews with us and no personal level of discussion and improvement in management. 2. Maximum senior management follows favoritism and politics. 3. No one appreciates for good work on client projects.

Job security, growth. No real vision. The company was good around 2 years ago.. but they have all messed up now. Management has bigger ego than budget. wont recommend this to anyone. if you dont have any ambition and happy with anything you get then this is for you.

Great work life balance-> The work schedule tends to allow for more free time than some other tech companies. While the tasks may be repetitive, the downtime can provide an opportunity to explore personal projects or take online courses-if you can find the motivation amid the monotony.

Starting Salary-> First and foremost, the starting salary here is quite low compared to industry standards. For those looking to grow financially, this may not be the best place to start. Onboarding Experience -> The onboarding process leaves much to be desired. There's a significant lack of transparency regarding your role and responsibilities. I found that a large percentage of positions are primarily support-focused, often marketed as DevOps roles. This mismatch between expectations and reality can be frustrating for newcomers. Lack of Coding Culture & problem solving attitude -> As a software engineer, expected a good culture focused on encouraging problem solving and coding culture but there seems to be absence of a coding culture within the company. There seems to be little regard for employees' career paths or opportunities for skill improvement. If you're passionate about coding or wish to develop your technical skills, this environment may not support your aspirations. Monotonous Work-> The nature of the work is quite monotonous. As a support engineer, the primary requirement is to be on standby, which often leads to unengaging and repetitive tasks.
