My experience here was really not up to mark. The project i was in was really terrible and teammates even more bad. Not a good experience at all. I was even bound to leave the company due to my team lead and colleagues behaviour.

Hr policy are not good specially for variable compensation part, huge difference between what is ctc and what you actually get , rigid notice period policy, some projects have very poor management , release from a project is very difficult.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
