Starting Salary-> First and foremost, the starting salary here is quite low compared to industry standards. For those looking to grow financially, this may not be the best place to start. Onboarding Experience -> The onboarding process leaves much to be desired. There's a significant lack of transparency regarding your role and responsibilities. I found that a large percentage of positions are primarily support-focused, often marketed as DevOps roles. This mismatch between expectations and reality can be frustrating for newcomers. Lack of Coding Culture & problem solving attitude -> As a software engineer, expected a good culture focused on encouraging problem solving and coding culture but there seems to be absence of a coding culture within the company. There seems to be little regard for employees' career paths or opportunities for skill improvement. If you're passionate about coding or wish to develop your technical skills, this environment may not support your aspirations. Monotonous Work-> The nature of the work is quite monotonous. I joined the company as a fresher and it was the worst decision of my life!!! 1. No learning, career growth, surrounded by incompetent seniors. Everyone is in their comfort zone and is scared to move from here (especially the employees staying here from last 6-7 years). 2. They have client projects related to testing and monitoring only, almost 30-40% workforce is on bench (internal projects). If one of their major client goes away, whole company will shut down immediately. Such pathetic condition they are in!!! 3. The internal projects are just timepass, you will not gain anything from that. 4. They have a bond period of 2 years, if you stay for that long here, then afterwards, you'll have no option other than going for further studies. 5. Don't ruin your career by coming here, no job security and growth here🙏. Just timepass. You won't be able to switch from here and feel stuck all the time. 6. Even if you get client work, that is also not good for career growth, it's just testing work most of the times. 7. Too much politics. Honest work gets overshadowed and is not rewarded because of seniors who do not know how to separate personal and professional. Seniors in big positions prefer sycophant behavior irrespective of the work.

Mostly has been a good sailing boat. Get to learn a lot here since it is a solutions company and we get to work on a lot of diverse projects which build a lot of skills

Work hours are not fixed. I often found myself over working in order to complete deadline. Appraisals were good until the financial crisis happened from mid 2022. Some management decisions have been questionable due to which my teammates have left the company earlier or were fired inspite of performing well

Gemini has a few good projects but only when you get a chance to work on the right project and team. Work-life balance is good if it's remote.

1. Very dominating environment by few folks who change policy according to them. HR is of no use at times and seems only to conduct interviews with us and no personal level of discussion and improvement in management. 2. Maximum senior management follows favoritism and politics. 3. No one appreciates for good work on client projects.
