Fusion BPO is a great place to work, to learn a lot, it's a friendly environment to boost your career. I was a fresher when I joined, but learnt a lot from the training team. HR department is very good, helpful.
Dislikes
There is a lot of politics and the operation team (not all team, but the PNB) donot address your issue. HR department is good, they help you, but the career in PNB process, is very decent.
Work Details
The job was quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was a little bit of training session. I learnt everything on the job.I got a chance to wear multiple roles and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Just cleanliness, House keeping is good.
Dislikes
Salary delayed everytime, Just providing certificates on the name of rewards and recognition. Very much imbalance between employees' Salary. Skilled employees gets low payout unless they go and bargain for salary hike.

Nothing is to like there, everything is useless, the management, work culture, and policies, everything has destroyed. And if talk about policies they create their own policies daily. No environment to do work.

Environment for working is not good.. Its tortureable, salary credits late not only late... Too late, every month there is a new issue about salary. They are torturing those people who are working for the company and giving there lives for the company.
