It was a good place to learn and implement in the project.

I'm not sure what happened to Full Creative, it use to be very good but now everything has been changed. There is pure racism between Indians vs Other country developers. People treat Indians like as if we don't know anything. Management agrees to dumb ideas when it comes from Non-Indian devs. In 2024, There were many unfortunate events like firing people without proper reason, targetting people and No proper bon voyage for the seniors like who contributed for 10 years to 20 years. Full had great values. Now it lost all of them. It is purely money minded. You will hear the word "cost cutting" atleast 5 times a day. Leads and Managers and HR's are very supportive in terms of everything but there are few other things in the company that no one knows

Firing candidates without any notice or false information. Do not have trust in this company at all. Employees were good but the first line managers are not even empathetic towards their sub ordinates

The director of the company is very racist and abusive. I know he is learning about softwares and tech but still he will take decisions like he knows everything. Poor people surround him they get abused everyday. Better to avoid the company, no decent people. My friend left because she was harassed and I left for same reason. HR is waste in this company. Company itself waste of time.
