Shift timings and OT requirements without a prior notice and getting leaves is so difficult even you have to beg for your leaves even if you cooperated with your TM and moreover shift is too long for total 10 hrs.

Have never seen such level of mis-management. It takes ages for them to take actions on bacis things. The company is into soo much of non-compliance just to manupulate the numbers. No learnings, no time resolutions.
