Only the work life balance is good. They provide you lunch.

Dislikes

They don't give you good salary hike. They only promote their oldest employees first. Even if you give your best in your work, or also you will achieve their target still they dont care about you. They will promote only those employees who stick in their company from 3 to 4 years. Also there is no job security. If you want a good salary growth and promotions please don't go.

FBI is very good company to start a career with. Being a growing company in market research industry, the company will provide a very good industry exposure. Overall the company is really really good. The company will also provide flexibility in work timings, working from home options. Additionally, the company also pays good hike (performance based)

Dislikes

With good increment, flexibility is work timings the company needs I feel the company need more upgradation in their offerings. Sometime it feel a monotonous job if one stays more than 1.5 - 2 years over here. The healthcare department is the very bad. They can work from home during certain hours, but are at office every day. Seniors arrive at 12 p.m. and work until 11p.m.or 12 a.m. although on most days, both men and women must work until 11 p.m. People have been working here for three years monotonus with no plans for the future and their pay is pitiful.
