Culture and management is pathetic with zero work-life balance. You will work for 11-12 hours on an average with no appreciation or consideration. After a period of time you will get anxiety and stress due to the shouting culture.

There isn't any proper training from the senior management. Everyone wants you to learn everything by yourself. No one is satisfied with the work you submit, whatsoever. They crib about how bad your work is and the very other moment will hand other client reports. HRs are the most rude and unresponsive peeps you will ever meet.
