FBI is very good company to start a career with. Being a growing company in market research industry, the company will provide a very good industry exposure. Overall the company is really really good. The company will also provide flexibility in work timings, working from home options. Additionally, the company also pays good hike (performance based)

With good increment, flexibility is work timings the company needs I feel the company need more upgradation in their offerings. Went through high stress working in energy and Power domain.

The management and leadership in Energy and Power is not able to manage the team. The management of the energy and power team does not provide enough freedom to participate in company’s activities. The management of the energy and power team is responsible for the high iteration rate. In company’s 6 to 7 years of journey the whole team has changed number of times. From last 4 year only one member (who is part of the management of Energy and Power Team Management No designated TL position) is permanently working from home He is favourite candidate of the leadership of Energy and Power Team. The leadership in this team has given that candidate free hand for almost everything. He just keeps rotating tasks from here to there just unprofessional behavior. Does not take the ownership of tasks allocate to him.
