Went through high stress working in energy and Power domain.

The management and leadership in Energy and Power is not able to manage the team. The management of the energy and power team does not provide enough freedom to participate in company’s activities. The management of the energy and power team is responsible for the high iteration rate. In company’s 6 to 7 years of journey the whole team has changed number of times. From last 4 year only one member (who is part of the management of Energy and Power Team Management No designated TL position) is permanently working from home He is favourite candidate of the leadership of Energy and Power Team. The leadership in this team has given that candidate free hand for almost everything. He just keeps rotating tasks from here to there just unprofessional behavior. Does not take the ownership of tasks allocate to him. Culture and management is pathetic with zero work-life balance. You will work for 11-12 hours on an average with no appreciation or consideration. After a period of time you will get anxiety and stress due to the shouting culture.

The healthcare department is the very bad. They can work from home during certain hours, but are at office every day. Seniors arrive at 12 p.m. and work until 11p.m.or 12 a.m. although on most days, both men and women must work until 11 p.m. People have been working here for three years monotonus with no plans for the future and their pay is pitiful.
