There isn't any proper training from the senior management. Everyone wants you to learn everything by yourself. No one is satisfied with the work you submit, whatsoever. They crib about how bad your work is and the very other moment will hand other client reports. HRs are the most rude and unresponsive peeps you will ever meet.
