Mid level employees (Team leaders, Managers, etc.) are involved in partiality and politics. No work life balance HR team will not help you in resolving in any work related issues. Poor company policies about annual leaves, final settlement, and very inhumane nature towards handling sensitive situations

No training provided. Proper guidance is not available for the internal teams. Some teams are really good. If you have a bad domain manager, your skill development will be hampered as there is no consideration for training but only focused on competing the project which pressurises the candidate if not trained properly.
