With good increment, flexibility is work timings the company needs I feel the company need more upgradation in their offerings. Sometime it feel a monotonous job if one stays more than 1.5 - 2 years over here. Further, the company do not offer any variable/ incentive to people working on consulting project / client project which plays a drawback for employees who worked on multiple consulting project in a month....Read More
