It is manpower services company, management level is good. Salary on time. I worked here for client TCS at TCS office. All facilities in a company of TCS was provided by the forraysoft.

Dislikes

PF and esic contribution. Less esic contribution and less facilitate hospitals.

Average, i worked for client TCS then the work life are average for me, becouse of TCS team only treat us as resource only, no other facilities are applicable for us which TCS employees can.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
