Communication is easy among the team, hierarchy is not a hurdle. One can explore new growth opportunities without red tape. Bias for action is recognized and supported. Switching teams and area if work is quite easy and flexible. Job security and timely pay is the key USP of the org. Management is transparent and communicative.

Dislikes

There is no consistency in the strategies. Its more of a people driven org rather than a system driven org. Unprofessional means of communication is dominant i.e. whatsapp and phone calls. Sale events are too frequent leading to burn outs. Leaders promoto shouting and inappropriate rage during meetings. The founders believed such geated debates brings the best out of the employees. HR are super sluggish whether it's joining formality ,offer letter or in-company grivances. Older and veteran employees are impediment to change and growth....Read More

Work life balance goes for a toss the day you join FK. Some days are way too leisurely while the others are super hectic. There is no concept of balance work/day. But one can take leaves as and when required with no questions asked.

Flipkart is not a Flat organization, Address everyone as Sir/Ma'am which I dislike. Worklife balance as there's a lot of bias based on the grade where lower grade people have to work 24/7 which is a mental harrasment
