All the department like admin, tech support and HR team are approachable. They will resolve our issues within few hours. You will get proper respect for your skills. The only concern I heard from other employees was that client will not stay for long term. But they tried to keep the resources until get next Client without firing them immediately. If I get a chance to rejoin, definitely will do.

Few good people are there to support or console you when the management puts unnecessary pressure on you.

They make you do 2 or more people's work: no motivation, no recognition, no support, no acknowledgment. A 15-year-old company still doesn't know how to decide to pay you incentives and we still have to believe the same and work like a donkey.
