Org cannot afford to replace a dumb laptop But expecting to show work time logged in a stupid Sapience tool. N number of issues with the VDI. All they want is time tracked and metrics , productivity with issue filled vdi and laptop

Most of the employees are working for more than 8-10 years. They have their friends group who get better hikes and promotions. Especially those who discuss stock market with managers. Management is worst in terms of delivery- they don't know what to deliver and when to deliver. Core banking products and management both are worst especially deposit solution group. My ex manager was very good and supportive. He helped me and walk through with tough Challenges. But new project new Manager was unsupportive.

If you rolling around manager or senior manager and going with them with a cup of tea then you will be able to set in fiserv .there is no increment upon your skills development. Just go for a tea or chatto sirf then your job is safe

The only perk is its banking domain and you get a mnc tag in your resume. N u get timely salary that's it

Too much of micromanagement. U have sapience on which u need clock 8 hrs for that u need to work atleast 10-11 hrs. The technology stack is very old. U don't get to learn. The managers here are very inefficient. They expect u to b available 24 hrs. They will evn call u at odd hours almost everytime. The brand has lost its goodness. Work life balance is not respected. I lost the respect for the work I do, due to repetition and not challenging enough. Managers and directors are powerless to speak and act as company bouncers.
