It's been an absolute pleasure to work with FIS. FIS shifted our process to other company now, but I will really miss FIS as it was my first ever job in an MNC like FIS. They give salary in the month end and they give you salary in the morning and when you wake up, your face lights up that yes the money is credited. Incentive was good, pay structure and benefits everything was good.

Sometimes the work pressure can be more, but the hard work does pay you off well.

Giving 1 start is still so much for this company. This company doesn't have a clarity with there own policies. Greendot process Operations Manager Monika Shrivastava, rejected me because of being a mother. So, if you are a mother and trying to earn, to feed your kids, please don't even bother to apply in this company. Because they will reject you for being a MOTHER. I don't think that this company should hire more female staff, if they cannot respect a form of that female personality which is called a "MOTHER". Moreover when I tried to confront the HR (Rompy Roy) she kept stalling me despite of agreeing with the fact that a female cannot be rejected on the grounds of being a mother. When I submitted my resign and after 2 weeks when my father got unwell, I told them to withdraw my resignation as I'm not financially well and not in condition to find a new job they refused my request and told me to exit from the company as soon as possible. All they want toppers in their process and they only support them numbers do matter here.
