Work life balance is very bad. No skill enhancement No learning curve No salary increment or promotion for a long period of time Only selected person get promoted and salary increment Immediately layoff with no relevance to performance or anything else, just company cost cutting.

There is no proper time to eat lunch which is basic need for human and there is worst workspace environment in their client location.There is a scarcity of chairs to work in a client location.

Hidden layoffs like one day layoff for senior management, as reliable and productive resources been laid off. Managers don't understand/value your skill set. No much hike. HIKE PER YEAR IS 5% either you are good performer. Sometimes feels like batch mates who are senior give soft corner while any decisions.
