Old tech stack, no growth in technology wise. It has no properties of product based organisation still has product tag, I am still amazed

Not much pressure as working in agile mode Insurance policies are good. Work culture is good.

Hike will be very less even lesser than service base companies. Half of what service base gives Degraded technologies Higher level management is running crazy for decisions.
