Work satisfaction is excellent but the Compensation is a bit on lower side if you are an existing employee. New hires get a handful offer always. There is no work pressure at all if you are able to achive whatever you plan during the Sprints. You can often work from home. You need to be in office for a min of 9 hours if you are on regular slots

Dislikes

The compansation always falls short of expectations after every appraisal cycle

Work Details

Iam a scrum master cum Senior Tester. The day to day activities are quite common like testing deliverables against acceptance criteria using defind test cases and communicating results with team and through TFS along with Scrum activities

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
