Likes

The company is great. I love working here. Teammates are supportive provide you too are active and want to learn. Company have options for permanent Wfh. Appraisals are good but there is no bonus.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics at senior level. Senior resources/management do not listen to the resources working on ground. There are some of the senior resources who works only to create unnecessary pressure on team. Notice period is of 75 Days. With recent projects the training is not given to new resources. They are expected to learn the product while working on it.

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
