Yoe - 4.6 years. I got a new offer with 50% hike in my Fixed pay. I am still confused whether it’s a good percentage or I should have asked more ?

If you feel you could’ve asked for more, maybe negotiate for better perks (like bonuses or learning allowances) instead of base pay.

I think 50% is decent but honestly you might be underselling yourself. Given your experience, you should aim for a higher percentage, especially if the company has room for growth.
