Fidelity prides itself in being a safe place to work with reasonable job security. It also provides opportunities for new recruits to learn and implement. It is a good place to work if you have the right connections and have a Godfather within the org or your department to mentor you while you are there.

Dislikes

For people with lot of experience, it might not be the right environment to grow. Appraisals and promotions are quite arbitrary. The closer you are to the leadership and more you can shout from the roof the better you will be rewarded. For silent performers, introverts and individual contributors it's really not a great place to get recognised.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
