Pathetic & disgusting company, ruthless unskilled management with unqualified education at each level from TL to Managers to HR to Directors. Each of them are not at all fit for that position

Dislikes

Am I getting paid less

I joined the company on Jan’23 as an associate with 3.8 LPA. Later I got promoted as QA on sept’23 and After 1 year I got it in papers on sept’24. Now my pay is 4.5 LPA and my fellow colleagues who joined from different companies are getting 9-14 LPA. What should I do?

Quite relaxed employee-centric. Good for work life balance. Not very difficult to get leaves for people who don't take LOPs and miss work.

Dislikes

No comments as there are quite a few sensitive communal issues and groupism by a particular community that cannot be discussed here. By the way, this was at my previous department.
