Only thing which is good is learning, that too because everything is self learning, you will get inputs from here and there.

Dislikes

As this is a small organisation with only 10-15 people around in sales and development. You have the opportunity to take responsibility, but with extreme pressure and toxic boss, which is involved in every aspect or micro management . You will be doing 10 tasks at a time eventually not able to clearly focus on either one. Salary, increment and growth is just a dream and will always remain a dream for the finder employees.
