No Job Security at any level event if you performing well, Particularly after their acquisition of Sungard. The company has experienced recurring layoffs almost every six month which can be unsettling for employees. The frequent restructuring may be direct result of incompetent upper management. Lack of effective leadership, poor strategic planning and inadequate decision making have led to a culture of uncertainty. Nothing at all. It's not a good organization to work in.

1. Work culture is bad. 2. Compensation is below standard. You will not be paid for your skills and value add. 3. Management is not trust worthy 4. FIS doesn't have a progressive work culture. It is functioning like in stone age. 5. Leadership is old and not futuristic thinking. 6. There is extremely high beaurocracy. 7. You won't get growth opportunity.

They never increase your salary if you think after promotion you'll get more then that's your loss. After promotion you supposed to stick on the same salary. And now onwards they're providing less salary. So Good Luck

No appraisal. Manager says company is in loss every year. No bonus as gift during diwali or Christmas. If anyone starts career in fis with 3 lakh ctc then will be at 6 lakh only after 5 year.. poor growth

Although FIS is good company. There are so many flaws.Managers and product manager will say to work even though you don't like to work with other teams. Even though you worked very hard for day and night.They don't recognise you.apart from that they even don't given promotions and what they had previously promised..you can't sit idle just for one without work..next day they will come and ask why you are not working you have to be proactive and ask the work. There is no work life balance. People who works in this company are mostly works from 10,20 years..so if you say causes of why work got delayed.they don't listen.They simply say you are not working..
