As of 2020 they have cancelled the bonus, and even hike saying they did a lot on covid front. In reality, every employee knows they had no such special benefit as tcs and other companies offering. It was a big scam of the year for all of us...

No hike no bonus for 2020-21 under the cover of covid pandemic and even no special policies for employees for covid help. My 4 out of 7 teammates were covid positive all helpless...

For Indore Office. Very poor work culture. Upper management takes all the credit for your work. Crossed every level of micro manager should call it nano management. Very poor compensation structure.
