Work wise company is OK but failed to give right opportunities at the right time. People ignore our efforts. Promotions are biased.

Dislikes

No proper career plan, everything is at reporting managers hand, HRs also cite reasons. If you hierarchy gets changed you need to prove again and again. Wherever you did it lost. No proper appraisals. No proper career growth. Politics around. Career growth is in reporting managers hand only they can give you promotions until you yourself apply for IJPs.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
