Very hard to do the switch internally All frameworks are setup so that employee concentrate on his things, so you will not get 360degree view of whole things Indian employees working onshore are not professional as others

Seems 3 year of working I didn't yet get any promotion and also policy regarding laptop and equipment handle is not satisfied because most of face huge loss whenever there is any damage happens to laptop that i weird in this company not seen ant where else

Although FIS is good company. There are so many flaws.Managers and product manager will say to work even though you don't like to work with other teams. Even though you worked very hard for day and night.They don't recognise you.apart from that they even don't given promotions and what they had previously promised..you can't sit idle just for one without work..next day they will come and ask why you are not working you have to be proactive and ask the work. There is no work life balance. People who works in this company are mostly works from 10,20 years..so if you say causes of why work got delayed.they don't listen.They simply say you are not working.. No hike,no rewards ,only work day and night , they will either put you in pip or pressurize with lot of work until you resign by your own One of the most Horrible management (100% sure that no body can be worst than them) 100% chances of loosing mental health.
