I feeled that lot of politics and support the team member who are from any reference. Sometimes , who don't have any refe5 they have to face problem to learn or work on more skill . I think it's everywhere so we have to snatch with our hardwork.

1.Based on market am getting the salary package properly, I raised this concern so many times to my superiors, but there is no use in it.. 2.Intially fis said that we have perminant WFH and they were dropped an email too, but now superiors pushing to WFO.
