Dislikes

FIS is the worst company to work . There are people who are working in fis from 10-15 years. These people are now become the managers ,they themselves do nothing but will keep you in stress by giving you a lot of work . Because of people like this there is no company growth of fis and its revenue and profits are declining every year. These people when layoffs come give names of new joinees and terminate them while keeping themselves safe .most of the employees you work with are not good they don't have growth mindset and if ask for help from them they get angry and don't help. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
