FIS is a great organisation to work with gor fresher you will get an opportunity to learn MNCs work ethics as well as develop skills and knowledge.
Dislikes
Organization only priortize the connection that you have with higher ups. After a while when you try for career growth that when the reality hits.

The best thing about FIS is the work life balance. FIS puts you in no pressure and gives you ample amount of time to finish your work and head back to your personal space.

Nothing but I’ve asked to leave without any mistake because of another agent mistake. Even that agent accepted his mistake but still i’ve asked to leave the organisation. Think twice if someone will receive this.

They did provide the laptops but the system used to lag a lot and management never accepted that there were issues with system and the agents suffered due to that, but FIS did efforts to make the WFH happen and that's really appreciable.
Dislikes
The management always try to make the fault of the agents as their process is so good that there could not be any fault in process, management needs to understand as per the agent point of view that its not the fault of the agent everytime but only the agents are blamed for any escalation or issue.
Work Details
It was average, a person could not learn anything here as all you are doing is doing your work and pack your stuff and go back to your place, there is nothing new to learn, opportunities to grow are very minimal in this organization.

First, the environment was very good and all staffs members are very helpful. I'm happy to be a part of FIS. And company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
Dislikes
There is nothing for me related to working environment of FIS Global Business Solutions.
