There are lot of things to list out. Bangalore team management is worse. The qualities to get a promotion and good hike is to being close to your supervisor. Your hard work, performance and talent doesn't matter at all. You just have to OBEY your supervisor and become his slave in order to grow. Do not even think of promotion and hike if you are loyal to your work, if you are hard working and if you are not close to your supervisor. Bangalore team internal management does not value hard work and talent. It's just about how close you are with your supervisor irrespective of what you know and what you don't. Also supervisors are cunning and push only their favorite team members instead of deserving people.

Unlike many financial institutions they do not have 1-10pm shifts. They generally have morning shifts which provides ample leisure time for you to utilize your evening.

very less promotion happens. Many a times the employee is stuck at the same level for 4-5 years despite having excellent performance, impactful work and ratings.

mainly work life balance and salary. Initially company provided many good benefits for employees but later some cheap employees doing cheap tricks then company started cost cutting. Otherwise, a very good organization. Only one bad thing is lay off's - not sure when they announce lay off

It highly depend on team and manager under which you are working. Post covid, lot of layoff and restructuring has left the firm with only specific resources and management who see a growth and job security opportunity at the expense of team and their work life balance without providing much effort from their end

Depends on department, there is no career growth it depends on how close your with the management to move to next level, people who have knowledge stay at same place but people who just speaks are upgrading without any knowledge
