Its a shit company. You don't have your leaves. If you are sick, u still have to do the work. Managers and TL are all super bad. Managers don't work in this company and tl also don't work. On company's call they will talk to there family and they tell us to work in a silent atmosphere. Overall its super bad company. I was having some issues with the bank account. So, i have to reach out to my HR but my tl and manager said we don't have an hr department and they don't work for employees lower then TL and Manager. But i got a contact of an HR manager Arpit Mishra from a certain someone to talk about my bak issue and he told me to talk to my manager and tl. So, no responsibility from hr department. So, FIS is a bad company and I'll recommend everyone don't work in FIS. One of the baddest company in the entire world........Read More

Managers are egoistic and tl also have super big ego and can't say anything about HR department as they don't even exist in Fis
The thing that I liked the most was that I got the opportunity to interact with several customers from the UK and knowing how they handle their daily life stuff.

Nothing than salary and they paid me at the time of covid first wave even when I was not working so I am grateful for that forever

Work timing is rotational which is awful, night shift is terrible specially,
Team lead and manager do not know how to handle the team , all they want is a good CSAT (promoter , detractor and passive) shit despite your efforts,
They will not let you take break on time if you miss the break timings you need to ask them if you can take your break or not , but take it anyway if you work there

Dislikes
Starting from work satisfaction to salary everything is disappointing. Appraisal is just a myth doesn't matter how long you have been working in the Company.
