The Job security is one of the reason, Work Culture is good. But management has to get some serious leadership qualities or drive and bring the huge business under Banking and Payment segment. Company policy is good, as its a Fintech Organization it has to bring some critical scanning under the system process and Analytical Data driven company.
The Team which I handle is MIS team, which is under rated in the organization, whereas its seen that the organization has to be more data driven and system oriented environment. Job security is ok, till the time you do it under compliance policy. Salary growth is good. Travel is not a part of our team job. Politics is everywhere, its up to you how you smartly handle. Learning is the excellent option i have seen in this organization. The organization has a linkedin program driven intra website for the employees to upgrade themselves as per there specialization.
