Worst work culture, clueless team. The company expects you to put all your sanity brains energy in the whims of the so called heads of the organisation. It was the worst gamble I took in my career. They will say weekends are off on paper but will make you work in National holidays as well.and your shift will never get over in 9 hours, it will go on to 10-11 hours everyday.

Full of dislikes. Even after requesting manager he never changed my idiot TL- who was a complete joker. Won't like to give his name- has also been under posh case but no strict action by management and has survived company since so long. LOL! He has no motives in his life and just know how to demotivate other human. He is a complete joker with spectacles and short height with no sense, and a complete cartoon. He just knows how to send mails to higher authority with poor English, If you'll check his gram once, I can bet you will laugh so hard that your stomach and cheeks both will ache. It was a nice place to work a few years back but now it is nothing more but hell.

Slalary Slasing: Marking 1 or 2 days as LWP every monnth is becoming their habit. Many of my colleagues are complaining regarding this. Missed a punch by mistake and they will mark it as LWP, I have more than 20 leaves in my account but sill they will not deduct those, they will cut your salary. I emailed to hr and accounts team, they replied just a word "ok" (level of professionalism) to email but still i got reduced salary. Appraisals: they need everything on time, they will slash your salary if you missed a deadline, but when it comes to appraisal they will keep telling you, this month sure, this month you will get the appraisal, Its been 2 month past the appraisal period and there is no hope Transparency: yes the only thing which is transparent in this company is salary, every one who has good connections with HR (Don't want to reveal her name), knows how much other employee earns. 2 Appraisals were promised(April & October) on the time of joining but new have been changed to 1 cycle due to which mane employees gave to face monetary demotivation. The environment is very comfortable to work in. And the colleagues are very supportive. Seniors too make sure that every employee is comfortable.

Dislikes

Sometimes there is favouritism. TLs behave rudely. Appraisal is not satisfactory if you are working for long. The basis of appraisal doesn't seem fair.

Job isn't secure , always you'll get some kind of sense that you'll be fired because of environment . Multiple people who has given there time more than 5 + years they ask to submit all assets and resign . No Work life balance. Tech stack and work isn't up to mark of industry , after working couple of years , you'll face challengeswhile searching for jobs.
