Very few to mention: 1. Previous CHRO was one of the best this company has ever had. 2. Good Medical Insurance Policy. 3. Pick-up and drop facility from the metro station.

Dislikes

The list is vast, still, I would like to mention a few; 1. Very poor compensation and benefits. 2. No use in having the PMS policy, they won't give you an appraisal per the rating. Everything depends on the face value and your proximity to CXOs. 3. Be aware of MD's father, don't come in his way, he is one person you would not like to have a conversation with. 4. Technology team is pathetic, they don't do any new R&D and the senior leadership of the tech team is just roasting their chairs. 5. Worst pantry staff, they behave as if you report to them. They live in full attitude. 6. Worst arrangement when it comes to washroom hygiene. 7. They don't have any in-house pantry. 8. They will let go of the real hard hitters, who have actually performed in this company. 9. It's more of a family and relative business organization. Only those who are personally known to the management will get "GREAT SALARY HIKES AND PROMOTIONS". 10. Their call center set-up is a mess. 11. Be aware of people in the Finance department, they believe as if they are running the show. There is one person in finance, when you will ask him to help you with the investment declaration or TDS calculation he will definitely ask you to first buy some insurance policy from him or give him a box of sweets. 12. There is no job security here and a lot of favouritism. If you keep praising and agreeing to everything with the too management you’ll be promoted and get good appraisals otherwise you will be fired

Worst work culture, clueless team. The company expects you to put all your sanity brains energy in the whims of the so called heads of the organisation. It was the worst gamble I took in my career. They will say weekends are off on paper but will make you work in National holidays as well.and your shift will never get over in 9 hours, it will go on to 10-11 hours everyday.

Typical lala company with toxic work culture. HR and management are puppets of CEO. Employees are treated like inappropriately. There are lay offs every year which are unfair. No job security at all. Worst company to work for.

Full of dislikes. Even after requesting manager he never changed my idiot TL- who was a complete joker. Won't like to give his name- has also been under posh case but no strict action by management and has survived company since so long. LOL! He has no motives in his life and just know how to demotivate other human. He is a complete joker with spectacles and short height with no sense, and a complete cartoon. He just knows how to send mails to higher authority with poor English, If you'll check his gram once, I can bet you will laugh so hard that your stomach and cheeks both will ache.
