Full of dislikes. Even after requesting manager he never changed my idiot TL- who was a complete joker. Won't like to give his name- has also been under posh case but no strict action by management and has survived company since so long. LOL! Haha there so many things in FNP to dislike like there is soo sooo much of politics internally.. People are playing politics even when there are 2 people in the team. You won't get anything new to learn here... Be Cautious always. I don't want to highlight but always stay away from Vinod from retail team, he will inform the managers and intend with a plan with fake allegation on you and the management of FNP don't have ears to listen the true things they just force you to accept those fake allegation...Read More

There is no job security here and a lot of favouritism. If you keep praising and agreeing to everything with the too management you’ll be promoted and get good appraisals otherwise you will be fired

Worst work culture, clueless team. The company expects you to put all your sanity brains energy in the whims of the so called heads of the organisation. It was the worst gamble I took in my career. They will say weekends are off on paper but will make you work in National holidays as well.and your shift will never get over in 9 hours, it will go on to 10-11 hours everyday.
