Multiple people who has given there time more than 5 + years they ask to submit all assets and resign . No Work life balance. Tech stack and work isn't up to mark of industry , after working couple of years , you'll face challengeswhile searching for jobs. There is no job security here and a lot of favouritism. If you keep praising and agreeing to everything with the too management you’ll be promoted and get good appraisals otherwise you will be fired
