1. There will be so much discouragement and internal politics 2. Managers will not help at the time of appraisal and give false ratings 3. Don't know how to manage the organisation when it is in losses first step taken layoffs

HR's are always at their best behavior and try to help you in trouble.

Dislikes

Pretty much everything, no job security, rude seniors, lady manager is always a liar. During peek season they even force you to come to office even on Sundays no matter how far you stay.
