We also have international presence in UAE, Singapore, Qatar, Kuwait etc. with further plans of quick expansion. This position is for the Ecommerce division of FNP India, FNP UAE, FNP Singapore (fnp.com, fnp.ae & fnp.sg respectively).
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Associate Product Manager/Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in post-purchase and order fulfillment stages, preferably in companies with in-house technology or captive centers. This role enhances the customer journey after the purchase, including loyalty and customer engagement
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategy and execution of post-purchase and order fulfillment initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions for the order fulfillment journey, ensuring seamless and efficient processes.
- Lead projects aimed at improving customer engagement and loyalty, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product goals.
- Identify and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business goals, and market trends.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of post-purchase initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to order fulfillment and customer engagement, bringing fresh ideas and insights to the team.
Desired Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree /PGDBM in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification in product management is a plus. Proven experience in managing post-purchase and order fulfillment stages within companies that have in-house technology or captive centers.
- Expertise in the order fulfillment journey and customer engagement phases, with a focus on enhancing loyalty and customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous product management experience is a plus, but candidates with subject matter expertise in order fulfillment and customer engagement will be considered and trained on product management based on role fitment
